Hibiscus siftings from Africa are fine particles separated when dried flowers are cut. Kodgav sources them from Egypt, Nigeria and Senegal.

The siftings carry the tart flavour and colour of hibiscus into extracts and beverage concentrates. They also work as a source of natural colouring for drinks.

Choose conventional siftings when extraction matters more than the appearance of whole flowers. Request pallets on a shared container or a full container on a forward contract through Kodgav.
