Chocolate makers melt the solid mass into their process for chocolate and couverture. It also brings a deep chocolate flavour to bakery fillings.

Choose organic or conventional cocoa mass for your formulation. Kodgav can coordinate quality checks and logistics for pallets on a shared container or a full container on a forward contract.
