Cocoa butter from Africa is the fat pressed from cocoa mass for chocolate makers and confectioners. Kodgav sources it from 5 countries, including Uganda for organic cocoa butter.

It gives chocolate its snap, gloss and melt in the mouth. It also works as a solid fat in fillings and ice cream coatings.

Choose organic or conventional cocoa butter to suit your formulation. Ask us to quote for shared container pallets or a full container on a forward contract and discuss financing for your order.
